About Us

Lots to Do
Wright-Patterson, home to the National Museum of the United States Air Force, is a large base with great surrounding communities offering many amenities and adventures. We hope you will take the unique opportunity to enjoy exploring it. With hiking, biking, canoeing, the Arts (ballet, opera, symphony), Dayton Dragons baseball and more festivals than you can imagine, there is never a dull moment. Take it all in! Dayton is really a great place!

Diversity
The Wright-Patterson OSC is a dynamic group – as diverse as we are similar. Among our members you will find professionals as well as stay at home moms and dads, from newlyweds to retirees, and everyone in between. You are sure to make new friends and receive unparalleled support at the WPOSC.

Goals
We have two goals. First, the OSC supports charitable endeavors on Wright-Patterson and the surrounding communities through our welfare fundraising efforts. We accomplish this goal by many of our members volunteering their time through Base Thrift Shop sales, Mah Jongg book sales and other fundraisers.

The second goal of the OSC is to promote morale, goodwill, and fellowship among our membership through socials and special activities sure to appeal to a wide range of interests. If you don’t see something that interests you, then make a suggestion. There might be others who would enjoy it and we are always looking for new and fresh ideas!
