You can pay for your reservation using the PayPal link on this page. (See “Pay Now” button below.) Please be sure to select WPAFB CLUB MEMBER or NON-CLUB MEMBER from the drop down list.
If you are bringing a guest(s) to the function you will need to select the number of meals that you are purchasing on the next screen. (It is on the left side of the PayPal Screen.)
All credit card payments MUST be made using PayPal. All payments made via PayPal incur an additional $1.00 fee. Don’t want to pay the fee? Then bring your cash or check and pay at the event. Thanks!
If you selected CREDIT CARD as your method of payment but have decided now that you do not wish to pay using PayPal, please contact the reservation chair via email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let him/her know that you will be paying by cash or check at the function.
You are financially responsible for this reservation. If you are unable to attend the event you must cancel by the reservation deadline, otherwise, your credit card will be charged. In the case of reservations indicating payment by cash or check, you will be invoiced for the balance.
