Tony Goodwin – President
Tony comes to us with a B.A. in Business with experience as OSC Second Vice President and a love for the organization. Tony has served for 20 years in the U.S. Army where his last position was Chief of Security for the Operational Technical and Evaluation Command in Arlington, VA. Tony also has experience as a stay-at-home dad and volunteering in the Langley AFB Hospital as well as the Wright-Patterson AFB Red Cross. His special interests include flying and the Scouts.

Kari Tucker – First Vice President
Kari has a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Gerontology as well as a Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Her OSC experience includes Program Chair, Reservations Chair, and First Vice President. Other experience encompasses the Hill OSC, Hill Heroes, Airmen’s Food Pantry, and MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers). Her hobbies and special interests are her husband and sons, running, swimming and biking (training for half marathons and triathlons), and reading.

Tiffany Armstrong – Second Vice President
Tiffany was born in Oklahoma and comes by her love of traveling honestly, being a former “army brat!” She married the love of her life, John, in Oklahoma as well. Tiffany is a global traveler and has found cruising with John, a terrific way to see the world. On their last cruise through the Mediterranean, she won $7000 playing BINGO! Tiffany believes volunteering is the best way to serve her community and meet new friends. Tiffany has volunteered at the Physical Therapy desk help, Castle AFB, CA; Airman’s Attic, Mountain Home AFB, ID; Spouse’s Orientation, Columbus AFB, MS; Happy Kids, Columbus AFB, MS and Mammography desk help.

Julie Zalewski – Recording Secretary
Julie has a B.A. in Journalism from San Diego State University and has worked as a Secretary, Technical Writer, Software Tester, and in the fields of Advertising and Public Relations. Her OSC experience has been as Newsletter Editor, First Vice, and two terms as President. As a compassionate person, Julie has also volunteered at the Tenth Life Animal Shelter and has made lunch at the Battered Women’s Shelter in Xenia. Her hobbies and special interests include quilting, bowling, swimming, being a Mary Kay consultant, and singing with the Gem City Sweet Adelines Chorus and the “Wild Blue Yonder” quartet.

Phyllis Artz – Administrative Treasurer
Phyllis has a B.S. in Political Science and Finance, M.B.A., USAF budget Officers’ School, and Cost Analyst Certification. She has OSC experience in Reservations, Newcomers, Thrift Shop, Welfare Chair, Administrative and Welfare Treasurer, and Parliamentarian. She has additional experience being a USAF Budget Officer and Cost Analyst, Home Office Insurance Administrator, Thrift Shop Manager, Elementary and Middle School volunteer, Scout leadership, Red Cross volunteer, Fisher-Nightingale fundraising, and Operations Director for a children’s charity. Her hobbies and special interests include attending plays, musicals, sporting events, reading about history, and visiting new places with friends.

Kim White – Welfare Treasurer
Kim has a B.S. in Math from the University of Vermont, classes to fulfill requirements for the CPA exam and successful completion of the exam. She was the OSC Treasurer at Hickam AFB and worked as an underwriter for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, a tax preparer for H & R Block, as well as a “Stampin’ Up” demonstrator. She has also volunteered as a reading assistant at various grade schools, a library volunteer, CCD teacher and Medical Group Spouses co-president and treasurer at Keesler AFB. Her hobbies include knitting, scrapbooking, stamping, and reading.
